What does it cost?
Consultations in the app cost $15 for all patients registered with Onerahi Family Healthcare. Children under 14 years old are free.

What do prescriptions cost?
Getting a prescription is included as part of your consultation with our doctors.
The big difference with the app is you get to choose which pharmacy you want your prescription to go to. The pharmacy you choose may charge a prescription fee when you pick it up. Some pharmacies offer free prescriptions.
For deliveries, a fixed delivery fee applies (charged by the pharmacy sending your prescription). You will see what the delivery fee is before you confirm the delivery option.

How do doctor consultations work?
It’s like using WhatsApp or other messaging apps. Start a consult with one of our doctors whenever you need them by sending a private and secure message. Your message is sent directly to our doctors and you will be notified as soon as they respond. If needed, our doctors can start a live audio or video call with you. You can send text and voice messages, make voice and video calls, share images and documents, all from inside the app.

How do prescriptions work?
Our doctors create and send paperless prescriptions instantly in the app. Then you choose how you want it. Select your nearest pharmacy for the most convenient pick-up location or get home delivery.

When are Onerahi doctors available?
Onerahi doctors are available during our normal hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mon – Fri. However, you can start a consult with our doctors at any time and you will be notified as soon as they respond. We aim to respond to consultation requests within 4 hours during our normal clinic hours.

What can my doctor help me with?
Onerahi doctors can help you with the majority of common conditions without you needing to make an appointment and come into the clinic.

If our doctors think you need to be seen in person, our friendly staff will help you make an appointment to be seen at our clinic.

How do I pay for consults in the app?
When you register in the app, you can add a debit or credit card to your profile to securely pay for consults with our doctors. When your consultation is completed, payment is made automatically. If your consult is free (for example, a child under 14 years old), no charges will be made.
