Account Deletion Request

We are happy to assist you in closing your Well Revolution account. However, please note that we are required by law to retain your health information for a minimum of 10 years from the date you last used Well Revolution Services, as outlined in our privacy policy.

• At any time, you can request to deactivate and close your account.
• Because your health information is retained for a period of no less than 10 years, you may choose to re-activate your account at any time during that period.

When we receive your request for closure, we will first verify your identity.

‍Limitations: You should be aware that, although we will anonymise or otherwise de-identify your data where possible, we retain certain Personal Information and other information after your account has been deactivated as necessary to comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
