Have more impact
than you ever imagined
We’re reimagining, redesigning and simplifying how people experience healthcare.
To do this, we need people who are inspired to design and build the tools, technology and services to create a healthcare future that will impact you, your family and everyone else, now and forever.
Life at
Well Revolution
Headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand with a team spanning three countries, Well Revolutionaries are a diverse team of doctors, pharmacists, engineers, makers, designers and entrepreneurs working together to reinvent healthcare.
Working at Well Revolution means you’ll be part of a team where big decisions are made at every level by anybody, where you’ll create, invent, dream big and learn.
We’re open and inclusive, so bring yourself, your dreams, ambitions and all of your quirks.
Having a degree isn’t a must to be a revolutionary at Well Revolution.
We’re looking for builders, creative thinkers, problem solvers and people who just get sh&t done.
Engineers, software developers, data scientists, artists, designers, doctors. Whatever your passion, we want to work with people who don’t settle for the status quo, who are massively curious and question everything.

roles
These are the roles we have open right now.
If there isn’t something here that fits you, keep in touch.
Let’s build the future together.
Software Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced full-stack senior software engineer.
Role: Full time, permanent.
Location: Auckland is preferable but not required. We excel at working remotely.
You will bring strong coding skills in:
- ReactJS
- NodeJS
A strong understanding of large-scale deployments with Docker Swarm, TypeScript, Rest APIs, Web Components, React/Preact, JSON and NoSQL are a plus.
If you think this is you, we’re running a code challenge. This is your opportunity to show off your skills and get selected.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer (UX and UI) to work alongside our founding team and lead our product design.
Healthcare and design don’t usually go together. Historically, it’s an oxymoron. Solving the UX of healthcare is a massive challenge, both technically and humanly.
This role provides a near blank canvas to make a mark and suits someone who likes to design against the status quo.
This role is fulltime-permanent, but we’re open to an open-ended contract with the potential to go full-time.
Location: Auckland is preferable but not required. We excel at working remotely. If outside of New Zealand, we would look to hire within 3 hours +/- of New Zealand Standard Time.
